It is an attack on a person%u2019s internal temptations or base desires, and signals a moving away from the self and towards further submission to Allah%u2019s will.%u201dConclusion As the tangible bodily manifestation of renewing the premortal vow of total subservience to the sole lordship of Allah (s.w.t.), the disavowal of present-day incarnations of the idols during the Hajj rituals must take center stage. Without it, the hajj would be reduced to a mere exercise in futility. However, many have been hoodwinked into relegating the Hajj rituals to mere personal exercise of faith, barely touching on one%u2019s responsibility and accountability to the state of the community at large. It is in this regard that the call of the Supreme Leader Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei for the Clarification Jihad becomes imperative. Considering the current state of affairs of many Muslims, particularly those in Palestine and the other parts of West Asia who suffer the brunt of the savagery of Zionist forces, people need to be made aware of the real essence of Hajj. As a pillar of faith disavowing polytheists, Hajj ought to be the antithesis of aimlessness. It has to be the rebellion against a damned fate guided by evil forces. The fulfillment of Hajj in all its essence can enable man to escape from the complex network of puzzles, for it is only when done in its real form that this revolutionary act reveals the clear horizon and frees the way to migration to eternity toward the Almighty Allah.
